Refund policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return new, unopened, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the gloves must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns if boxes have been opened or are missing. 

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns on damaged, used, or non-resalable items.

After a successful inspection, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and a few extra days for it to appear on your statement.

Incorrect, Damaged Items, or Missing Items

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time. If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing, we will do everything in our power to make it right!

  • Please notify us within 14 days of your order date if you have not received your order. Any later and we may not be able to file a loss claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Contact us after receiving the package if it is incorrect, damaged, or missing any items.
  • Keep the damaged packaging/product, we may ask you to take photos of it.

Return to Sender or Refused Deliveries

For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned and OverstockGloves.com is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the cost incurred by shipping the product.

Cancellation Policy

Products that are in stock in our warehouse are not eligible for cancellation once they have been processed.
